Terms of service
These terms and conditions apply to business, in particular, commercial relations between HIGHNET, and the consumer of HIGHNET services (hereinafter referred to as the subscriber) regarding services related to the sale of receiving equipment (hereinafter console) with access to services of Highnet. Subject of the Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions regulate the subscriber's supply of the set-top box with the accessories supplied for the reception of Internet television provided by HIGHNET. The obligations of HIGHNET to provide certain programs, use prefixes and transfer techniques are not the subject of this agreement.
The services offered on the website of HIGHNET oblige the subscriber to enter into a subscriber agreement and / or purchase a set-top box. After completing the order of the desired subscription and / or set-top box by filling out and sending an online form via the Internet by e-mail, the subscriber makes a proposal for a binding subscription. HIGHNET has the right to accept the order within seven calendar days, sending an order confirmation or an ordered subscription. Confirmation of the order is made by sending an electronic letter and at the same time is a legally binding contract.
All deliveries and services performed by HIGHNET for its customers are executed solely on the basis of these Terms and Conditions as amended at the time of the order.
The services offered are not intended for use by minors. The subscriber confirms his full legal capacity in accordance with the law of his country of residence. Each subscriber is entitled to a one-time registration, under which he is obliged to provide the correct personal information. Multiple user registration is not allowed. Intentional suppression of this prohibition leads to an immediate suspension of services. The presentation of false documents, the indication of incorrect personal data and invalid or illegally received payment data, as well as repeated registration are unacceptable and conduct on the part of HIGHNET, to immediately block and take legal measures provided by the current legislation.
The subscription contract provides for the use of the provided content, goods and additional services HIGHNET exclusively for private purposes. The Subscriber has no right to perform a public display or demonstration, as well as to provide third parties access to the content, goods and additional services of HIGHNET. In carrying out a public display, commercial use and public access to content, the subscriber violates not only the contractual obligations in relation to HIGHNET, but also the rights of third parties. These terms and conditions are not valid for persons who have concluded a subscription agreement with HIGHNET for the use of the provided content exclusively for commercial purposes (hotels, gastronomy, restaurants, etc.)
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
HIGHNET reserves the right to change the composition of the package of services at its own discretion, without prior notice to subscribers and without giving reasons.
HIGHNET has the right to change the prices for services if this is due to a change in the cost of the supplier's signal or a change in the amount of fees, fees or taxes.
HIGHNET reserves the right at any time within the reasonable limits to arbitrarily change the prices for services, subscriptions and goods. The subscriber will be notified in advance by e-mail about the forthcoming price changes. The message will be sent to the address specified by the subscriber during registration. If the subscriber specified an incorrect or alien e-mail address, then HIGHNET is not responsible for the fact that he was not notified of the price change. With an increase in prices, the subscriber has the right to terminate the contract after the completion of the current one. The subscriber agrees with the price increase if he has not submitted a written application for termination of the contract within 30 days after the notification. HIGHNET will separately indicate this circumstance in the notification. To comply with the deadline for submitting an application for termination of the contract, the date of its receipt in HIGHNET is decisive. If the Subscriber does not use his right to terminate the contract, the contract continues on new price conditions.
Minimum age requirement
In order to become a member and utilize the HIGHNET services, you must be 18 years old or older.
Tariffs, payment schedule
Further payment is made automatically if the subscriber has not removed the tick from the auto-renewal point at the time of ordering services.
The indicated tariffs are final prices, including taxes. HIGHNET provides uninterrupted access to services for 95% of the calendar year. HIGHNET is not responsible for quality defects and broadcast interruptions arising outside the zone of its own technical influence.
Terms of shipping
Shipping of goods is carried out by sending goods from the warehouse to the address specified by the subscriber.
After the order, the goods are reserved for the subscriber at acceptance of the contract, however the goods are sent only after receipt of the sum of payment on the settlement account of the HIGHNET.
Shipping time depends on the mail service.
Damage to the goods on shipping
If goods are delivered with obvious damages, the subscriber must immediately present a complaint to the supplier in the presence of the courier and contact HIGHNET at the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thus, the subscriber helps HIGHNET in drawing up a claim to suppliers and transport companies. An omission (failure to submit) a complaint or a notification HIGHNET leads to a loss of warranty for damaged equipment.
